As per the daily bulletin (Tuesday 19th May) anybody using Microsoft Teams for video conferencing should ensure they blur their background to ensure confidentiality and sensitive information remains protected.
You will need to do this each time you Start or Join a new call by following the steps below
1. Start / Join a call on Microsoft Teams
2. Click on the "More actions" button (Three dots) on the toolbar at the bottom centre of the video screen
3. Click on 'Show background effects'
4. Choose the desired background then Click 'Apply'
