Possible reasons for fault:

The most common reason for JAC not working is that the System Initialisation for your log in on that device is not complete


This can be identified by a pop-up that appears with the warning "Pharmacy Account not defined for this terminal"


A similar warning can appear which is that the terminal ID entered is not set up in devices on the JAC system


 


How to resolve the issue:

  1. Go to the start menu
  2. Click on all programs

 


3. Find the JAC Folder

4. Click on "System Initialisation"


5. Login using your JAC username and password

 


6. In the terminal field in the TOP LEFT enter the device number (case sensitive) - All terminal numbers start with a V - if you are not sure what your V number is, contact Pharmacy I.T

 


7. click ok to confirm then use JAC as normal
